Still cannot sleep, insomnia fucking sucks...

  2. I'm not an insomniac, but I do sleep very little. Mine is by choice because I decided that I didn't want to waste my time with sleep that wasn't REM sleep. So I started training my body to immediately go into REM sleep. A 3 hour nap gets me fully rejuvenated, and if I'm only slightly tired, a nice 20 minute nap can bring me back from exhaustion pretty well. You should work on training your body to sleep and then giving it rewards for sleeping. Try working out after you've actually slept, or to actually get to sleep. Wear your body down and reward it with good physical exercise all at the same time.
